Contact The Seller!
If you know the seller:
- Contact the seller first to let them know you will be sharing their contact information with us, and that we may contact them. Please review our Privacy Policy.
If you don't know the seller:
- Let us know the address - we'll do the rest!
Step 3
We Do The Work!
Initial Contact:
- We will contact the seller for an initial conversation to understand the seller's needs and wants with the property.
- If we feel it is a "fit", we will perform a phase 1 due diligence review of the property.
- Our goal is to build solutions and create win-win solutions for seller's that need help!
Step 4
The Solution!
Due Diligence Phase 2 & Closing!
- Due Diligence Phase 2 involves a detailed analysis of the property, including revenues, expensed, property assessment, etc.
- At this point, we're likely getting specialists involved (e.g. lawyers, inspectors, appraisers).
If we close on the property successfully, we'll send you $1,000. We got you and appreciate you!
