Ernest began his real estate investment journey following a successful tenure in IT, applying his strategic and analytical acumen to the identification and revitalization of undervalued properties. With a strong emphasis on community and sustainability, he has cultivated a strategy focused primarily on the burgeoning rental market and growth opportunities in Newfoundland.

Moving on from the IT industry and employing honed business skills, Ernest built and managed a prominent property inspection business with over 5000 properties assessed.
